Terry is a Certified Florida Appraiser (CFA) through the Florida Department of Revenue. He is a member of PAAF, Property Appraisers’ Association of Florida. Terry Tipton was born and raised in Franklin County. He has worked in the Property Appraiser’s Office for the past 23 years. He was elected to office in 2024 for a four year term. Terry has an open door policy, and welcomes everyone to stop by his office.
