Rhonda is a Certified Florida Appraiser (CFA) through the Florida Department of Revenue. She is a member of PAAF, Property Appraisers’ Association of Florida. SRhonda Millender Skipper was born and raised in Franklin County and a proud product of the Franklin County School system. She has worked in the Property Appraiser’s Office for 29 years and served as Property Appraiser for the past 7 years. Rhonda is a Certified Florida Appraiser (CFA) through the Florida Department of Revenue. She is a member of PAAF, Property Appraisers’ Association of Florida. She will always have an open door policy and welcomes everyone to stop by her office and visit.
